Kenneth and the guys came in clutch yesterday! I was having issues with what i hoped was my battery on my 05 Mazda B3000 truck. I wasn't completely for sure but, Kenneth listened to all my explanations and came out to help diagnosis problem. YEP, battery. He had the old out and the new in, in no time. It had been a very long week and that was a true blessing.

Every time the staff helps..place organized and clean. Today need battery tested purchased new one. John was friendly and installed battery on this freezing day.

My lights went out on my way to work this morning. I stopped to get headlights. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. A gentleman fixed my lights on the spot in minutes. Thanks to the great associates who helped me get on my way.

The website and the blonde kid sold said that the bundle for back and front of my car would fit. Not informing me that the back could be drums. Will NOT be coming back here. This is the worst experience I've had with autozone in the 2 decades I've been working on cars. Even the employees didn't know what to do when I came back stating the backs did not fit since they were the wrong ones.

My car battery died unexpectedly. I was able to get it jumped and get to Auto Zone. David tested the battery and it was bad. He replaced it at no charge and did a very efficient job. I tried to give him a tip and he refused it. Then he tested the new battery and the alternator. This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this store and the customer service has been excellent every single time. A customer for life now. Thank you David & crew!
