Family owned local shop , started going here about 6 years ago , I've always had great customer service ! I work with customers and nothing beats family owned business ! If your lucky enough to engage in conversation with the owner Tom , he is very knowledgeable about everything I've asked him about when it comes to vehicles . He spends the time to explain everything about all car parts , he knows where they come from , which ones are good , which ones are bad , then he will explain to you why certain brands are better than others . Trust me you won't get that from corporate business! Always friendly , staff is always friendly , very flexible with your schedule. The service that my husband and receive from here is always excellent. They are very efficient and finish in a timely manner. Their prices are better then other shops and I can't imagine going anywhere else. They explain everything in detail and being a woman, they never talk down to me.
