AutoZone Auto Parts

Never had issues out of this store and was my preferred store until the new manager has been put in place. Him and the girl that work together I have dealt with on many occasions now and every time I have its not the experience that I can get at any other autozone or the experience I used to get from this store... Very un-willing to help and rude.

Usually a good experience, but the older gentleman didn't really want to check my engine light, so . . .

Not a good experience yesterday. Unfortunately I did not receive the quality of service one word expect when it comes to getting parts for ones car. I presented spider gears for a jeep and I was advised from the Duquoin Illinois AutoZone of the availability only to call the Marion store to be told that that was not a part that the they could see on their screen to call customer service. I advised them that Duquoin states that they had 2 of the actual parts I needed . On r thru that issue I arrived to find each customer having issues. I read told that they could not get axel wheel seals so we looked up the part on our phone while they were looking for another part for a customer. After we gave them the part number they first went to make me think that I didn't know what I was talking abou

Fast friendly service went in today everyone was working hard and very knowledgeable. Everyone was professional and customer service friendly!!

James Hillard is one of the best Auto Zone employees I have EVER had!! I came in with a stripped bolt on my battery I just bought (due to no fault of Auto Zone’s). On a 90 degree day, James spent several minutes working with an extremely stripped nut, working it off with tools. He had sweat running down his face, but still was able to keep me updated on his progress and made jokes with me during a time I KNOW was not enjoyable for him. His patience was outstanding. He deserves recognition for his amazing customer service and his positive attitude. I will only be going to Benton Auto Zone BECAUSE of James!!
