Good service! Noah was really helpful and informative. I broke my windshield wipers and he fixed them with ease and was willing to teach me how to refill my car’s windshield wiper fluid.

Absolutely horrible staff, seems as if nobody knows anything or even wants to be at work. Zero customer service skills as if they’re just hiring ppl on work release or something idk. On more than one occasion I’ve dealt with some type of bullshit when dealing with this location. At this point either fire all staff and retrain new ones who want to work or shut that store down and put something else up.

Went to buy a piece for truck guy didn’t seam as if he wanted to help had an attitude and super unprofessional. Had no knowledge whatsoever and was absolutely no help. Told me piece wasn’t in stock so sent me to another store only to find out it was at the original store the entire time. So I spent past hour and a half driving back and forth for absolutely no reason.

Staff was very helpful. Specially the staff Juan was very helpful with helping me find an issue. I was having with my car battery and very polite. Definitely recommend coming here for the customer service and knowledge.

Bad place. Unprofessional staffs and SM. Asked to get help to pick tools, got told to just buy any. Turned out, they are too big, didn't fit and I couldnt use one so I had to bring it back for return and got denied because "we don't loan tool" despite Autozone clear policy of 90 days return policy. Don't go here, their crews are very unprofessional and will not help you pick your tools. They will not accept any returns if you buy something wrong so just avoid it. You should just go to Autozone in Allentown, the crews there are way better, helped me return my tool and actually bought the right one to fit the bolt underneath my car.
