If I could give less than 1 star I would. These guys mainly the manager refused to look into my missing warranty, treated me like a liar and gave me an attitude and remarks because I stood firm on the fact my rotors that I had just bought in May were still under warranty. Interestingly enough the caliper I bought on May 29, 2025 was in there under my number but just somehow not my brakes and rotors that I purchased on that same date. I went to the AutoZone in Endwell and showed explained the situation and they immediately resolved the issue and honored my warranty. To which I have receipts (obviously not on hand at the time) but also pictures on my business page of the job having been done with the new rotors and duralast boxes in the background. These employees need retrained on customer

The man working was so helpful! I am sure I was very annoying with all of my questions and multiple purchases but he helped me calmly the whole time. Then he was very friendly when after an hour I also asked if he could check my battery. Thank God he did! I found out on the last day of my NEW car warranty that the alternator and battery were failing one another. Made an appointment right then at Honda. He was absolutely the perfect amount of professionalism with unbiased answers, and he knew his stuff! Thank you! As I told him, ILL BE BACK 😀

I recently visited to find bolts for my cars shocks, no one was able to find them nor took the time to figure out the size. the young man Drake went out of his way and found exactly what I needed. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. His expertise and customer service skills made my shopping experience seamless and efficient. I appreciate his dedication to assisting customers and would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for auto parts and exceptional service.

Literally the best place ever. I was in there this past Friday and the Store manager Cory was one of the friendliest people I have ever encountered. My battery had failed and I was stranded with no one to help. He took the battery out of the car for me and recommended I try to charge it and he did that free of cost to see if that works. Unfortunately it did not. He went out of his way to call local shops to help me get my car fixed. I live by myself with no one to help. He truly was my hero that day. Without him I can’t even think where’d I would be. My car is now fixed because of his help. His professionalism and his genuine concern for the customers is exactly why people come back to a place. Thank you Cory you have made a lifetime customer out of me!
