Clean organized store! They staff are amazing Ross and Arismendy know their stuff like the back of the hand! If you ever have any issues with a car, truck, SUV or anything I would drive across two or even three towns just to come to these guys again for their service knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend my family, friends and loved ones to shop at the Autozone Bloomfield location!

Stopped by AutoZone for last-second parts and ended up saving money with bundles I didn’t even know about. Huge shoutout to Alexander V. for going above and beyond—he even changed my cabin air filter on the spot. The whole staff was friendly and helped load everything into my car. Fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely great service.

Alex, helped me in a pinch! I needed wipers in due to the rain and was in desperate need of help. He was super helpful, friendly, and fast! He was incredibly helpful and I came here to say thanks! I came to the Bloomfield establishment to replace a battery. I was serviced by Luis around 9 am. He requested I removed the battery and he refused to give me my warranty due to policy. I agreed with his decision, and asked to purchase a battery because I explained to him that I was in an emergency situation with the car. A young woman on his shift interjected and replaced Luis. When I was proceeding to buy the battery, the young woman’s uncle cut in front of me and escalated the situation. He stated that was his family and I asked him to wait his turn. She asked for the model and year of the car. I told her, she charged me for the wrong battery that doesn’t fit my car. Then refused to assist me. She said I had an attitude because I didn’t want to talk about the warranty subject anymore and

Always a pleasant experience here. Today I went in for a battery for my car keys , the gentleman at the checkout took my keys, opened them , changed the battery & sent me on my way in less than 5mins ! I wouldn’t have known how to do it otherwise. Very nice guy & Only $10 for the battery !
