Using my son account currently but my car had a bad battery I came over to this auto zone stressed out and was helped by Jodie. He helped put my mind at ease and changed my battery which was amazing. I am currently standing here while he installs my new battery!!!! You guys need to give him a raise make him manager or part owner because his customer service is hands down amazing

The worst experience I ever had in the 20 something years that I have been buying product from AutoZone. The customer service I received from this store was disgusting. I got into an argument with an Associate of African American descent and I only say that because I don't know his name he would not give his name he was rude obnoxious and he cursed at me and told me to go back to Paterson I was embarrassed because there were other customers in the store I was shocked because this has never happened to me before I will never recommend anyone to go to the store that I know. I'm not sure if a supervisor or manager was there at the time but if they were he's definitely should be disciplined for the way that he treated me I'm a very humble and calm person and I just asked a few questions that h

Broke down on parkway had to get towed. The battery was damaged. Gabriel Helped us out so quick and nice. My wife was on her way to go chemo and he took care of us so fast and full of respect.very good staff and he got us back on the road . Very good staff .

Came in for assistance replacing something in my car, one of the employees (black guy, didn't catch his name) was very patronizing the whole time. Unfortunately the other person was busy or I wouldn't have come to him for assistance. Next time just skip the condescension, nobody has time.
