AutoZone Auto Parts

Earlier today I noticed that the rear, driver's side tire appeared to be low in pressure. The car has been parked for a number of days due to severe cold weather and lots of snow. I decided it was time to remove the snow and make sure I could get it started and use it for a short local trip. Then I decided the prudent step to take before driving any distance was to have someone check the tire pressure. The manager came out in bitter cold weather, about 20 degrees and at my request checked the tire pressure. It was about 15 degrees and then I knew it was important that I stop at Auto Zone #1846. The manager, Brian Hull checked the tire and then offered to use a portable inflator, and when one was not working well, he proceeded to get another and asked me to wait inside while air was added.

Devon and the store manager were so helpful! We needed a battery replacement in a key fob and they were happy to hep. Wasn't an easy process but they got it done! I highly recommend them!

I was about to buy a battery and Auto zone wasn’t able to put the battery in my car bc of some wire. I took it to their competitor advance auto parts and they were also confused why auto zone wouldn’t be able to do job. The worker at Advance Auto Parts thought that Auto zone was just lazy.

I've tried to do business with this store. 9 times out of 10 just a disappointment. Warrantied battery failed, called store. Couldn't clerk to verify they had the replacement. Was told to just bring the bad battery down. Went to store, they didn't have the replacement. Been given the wrong parts a few times. Even had one clerk try to refund me new part price, when I repeatedly explained I was only owed a core charge. My take on this store is that neither the employees or managers give a damn about their company or their customers. It's a shame, they used to have a good manager and employees. Good luck doing business with them.

Devin was very welcoming and helpful at my AutoZone visit today. He was knowledgeable of the products I needed and explained them in a way I could understand. I would recommend this location to anyone!
