I did not get the girls name, she was red headed girl. she was really rude to me, and to other customers. I asked her which window blades would be good for my truck, and she said "I don't know, look it up." Another customer had to help me, while the red head girl sat down using her phone. I wasn't very satisfied with the red headed girls customer service, but at least that customer was able to help me out.

Just went in to get my battery tested, and the gentleman was very helpful from the start. I was given options for pricing on different batteries, and made to feel comfortable during the whole process. There ended up being 3 people working together to help get the battery replaced quickly, and they made sure the car started a couple of times before I left the parking lot. I appreciate, so much, their kindness, respectful attitudes, and willingness to check everything, pertaining to the battery, to make sure I could get my car back on the road.

Thank you Edward for taking the time to help me figure out what tool I needed to rent for the job I had. And thank you Ethan for making the return of the tool and the item that I did not need afterall easy. Helpful, patient, and friendly. People like this is what will keep people coming back versus shopping online.

Recently went in to Autozone in Boerne and Michael (Mike) helped me. I’ve dealt with him several times in the past and he’s got a good attitude working with the public. I’ve gone into other auto parts stores over the years and many time I feel like the employees could care less about helping you. Mike seams like he genuinely wants to make sure you got what you came for. It’s guys like him that make me choose Boerne Autozone over other parts houses. Thanks, Anthony

Went inside the store looking for a certain item. 3 employees behind the counter and not once asked if I needed help. They were not busy at all. I know this cause they were behind the counter laughing and joking. What happens when you hire kids
