8:54PM 7/17/23 sitting in parking lot, store doors locked and closed. Sometimes you need that last minute item to keep the car going.

Auto Zone is always hit or miss, especially if your going to get car parts. Don't know how many times I have had to take a part back because it was not correct. As far as their in house option they have a good variety but a little pricey. Half of the employees are super and nice and helpful and the other half are snappy and not engaging. Other than that sometimes it's super convenient and other times it's a frustrating waste of time. It just depends.

They had exactly what I needed but I was not able to check out because no one wanted to cash me out I hollered out a few times and could not get anyone to help me

Alan D. Is the man to see! About a week ago I had taken my girlfriend to the Well-Now clinic across the street from AutoZone. My vehicles battery had died while she was inside. She ended up going across the street and asked for help. Alan D. handed her a jump pack. It started our car almost instantly! What a great guy to help us when we needed it the most.
