Great service here. This visit was just for a new battery and the gentleman insisted on just swapping it out for me right then and there. He even took the time to clean up my terminals during the swap. In and out in around 10 minutes. Really appreciate it!

If I could give zero stars I would. They order the wrong parts and when they do order the right part. Your lied to about when it will be there. Terrible service there and smart mouth employees. I will never do business with this location again.

I had a great experience here, the lady (Crystal) was attentive to my needs. Welcomed me upon arrival, said her hands got dirty when picking out my new battery and washed them before putting in my new battery. Quick installment and suggestion of product for my battery. Friendly and helpful

Review: Extremely Disappointed – Faulty Parts & Terrible Customer Service I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with AutoZone has been beyond frustrating. I purchased two batteries and an alternator from them, and all three turned out to be faulty. This caused ongoing problems with my vehicle and wasted my time and money. This caused my battery to explode. When I went back to the store to have the issue resolved, the associate, Iris, told me to submit invoices for the claim, that she still has yet to file.
