Always great customer service at Auto Zone.Today I had great customer service from a gentleman named Daniell and Brian helped a bit.I was at the store on Rte.70 in Brick DANIEL .He was knowledgable did alot of multitasking and did it well. So polite I could not end my day without letting others know what a great experience I had there today. Happy Thanksgiving !
Dealt with BRUCE not sure if this is the correct location I assume the district manager runs all stores in same area and he’ll still get recognition very nice came out in the freezing cold no complaints very knowledgeable very helpful
I went in today to buy one item. I saw five employees in the store and only one was helping a customer as I waited for help. No help in ten minutes and no acknowledgment I existed. Basic customer service goes a long way.
Charles and Chloe went above and beyond to replace a bulb in a my daughter’s mini cooper. I really appreciate their determination and team work.
Placed an order for pickup and they legit cancelled it less than 12 hours before pickup/delivery.. pretty grimey move.
