I went today to tell them about no heat blowing out in my 2020 Jeep Wrangler so that way they can put their monitor up to see what's the issue of it but it seem like they don't want to check it because the check engine light has to be on after I done told them if the thermostat might be stuck open or the air filter or whatever issue it is. And one guy with the glasses I told him about the issue and told him to let me talk to the guy that drive a Jeep black jeep that works there because I feel better asking him since he got a Jeep and he would tell me for sure but I've been standing there waiting for 20 minutes so I feel like they want to do is play me put the man above will deal with this issue. The rest of the people that works there besides the Jeep guy they should just find them another

These guys were amazing!! I have to travel for work on occasion and I had to work in Bristol Wednesday. I had a headlight out and some of the others were starting to. I could barely see to drive home in the dark and the rain. These guys did everything they could to help me and make sure I had a safe ride home. They saved me and I appreciate them so much!! If you need anything in the area, go see them!!!

To the older gentleman who works there, if I win the lottery you're the first person to get a gift, he is so amazing and helpful, he helped me fix my break light & I offered $ to him & he turned it down, thanks for being a real American THANK YOU

Highly recommend! I needed help with my trolling motor remote, putting a new battery in it! There was a heavy set young man right before closing who took the time to figure out how and to use the tools it took to do what needed to be done! I highly recommend this store! If I had cash I would have tipped him good!

Went here to see if they could unhook and rehook my battery to see if it would fix an electrical issue, one guy seemed like he would, but the manager said no. Didn’t even try, and had terrible attitude. Says free battery testing/replacement, I didn’t think it would have been that big a deal. Went down the road to Advanced Auto Parts.
