Staff was helpful. Very patient. Checking prices on each item. Staff was warm also. All the staff helping others were pleasant- I noticed. I got all the items i needed for oil change and filter change and now my heat is working marvelously! Thank you Auto Zone.

I appreciate the help that the gentleman on west ferry store helped so much but when Elmwood store come down never attempted to even give me a hand with anything seems like they fully are agonized with there duties but again truly appreciate the help from west ferry store hope they stay as focused as that employee was

Fast service. Friendly. Very patient. From the staff. I think they've already recognized me from the number of times I've visited the place. I could really use a credit card in some places, hehe. They really are. Good people... they try to speak Spanish to me when they don't understand what I need...

Called in for a headlight was told to come in around 1230 get there I’m told no one can go outside because there on lunch or to cold to go outside smh

This was the only place 24 hours a day 7 days a week to get car parts. Even though it was a 2 hour ride it was always worth it. When it worked out. I specifically called for a specific part, the women that answered said they had it in stock. I drove 2 hours and they didn’t have it
