These guys are amazing!! Knowledgeable, helped us right away with changing battery, made sure to explain all options, installed new battery, friendly, honest, the whole package. I will be recommending them to everyone and I will be back for all my auto needs! Luis and Crystal are Tops!!!!

These employees who work at this AutoZone were very rude to their customers. First of all, one of the employees confronted us by the front of the store about cash or card in a rude tone. We're just gonna ask if they had spark plugs in stock. We ended up paying $82 for the spark plugs, gapping tool, and spark plug socket. After purchasing, one of the employees mentioned in a rude tone "you can't return anything if you open or use the items" after we just purchased the items. We went to the car and decided to return the unused items. Very poor and rude customer service.

Is there a 6 star rating? I would definitely give this shop that extra star. Top notch service, professionalism, and overall knowledge. I’m greeted the second I walk in the door every time I come in. It makes being a do it yourself kind of guy much easier with the support I get from your store. I couldn’t get the work done on my cars, boat, and toys done without your help. Well, the crew here, their manager, and YouTube videos. My favorite auto parts store by far. The most friendly, amazing staff. Keep up the good work. I appreciate you.

had a killer experience with an awesome employee, Christina, (and her incredible team) honestly wasn't even sure exactly what i needed but all she needed to know was what it was for and sure enough she was able to help me get everything straightened for an amazing price!! will definitely be coming back again and again! can't do much better in the bullhead area! thank you so much christina!
