AutoZone Auto Parts

I buy my auto parts needs from them, always helpful. They stand by the warranty tooo, bought a car batt this winters extremely cold temps caused it to die unexpectedly. The replaced for free. They installed my wilder blades for free as well

Needed wipers: customer service from the young ladies were terrible, no help and awful attitude. however the young gentleman inside with the beanie was a great help and even put my wipers on!! for HIM it would be 5 stars!

Employees behave as though you are an absolute burden and splinter under their nail... EVERY TIME I have gone in there. Questions are met with untrained employees who look at you like you have a third eye. Or maybe even no words but a confused look and head shake. Sign of the times? Customer service is absolutely lacking in knowledge and personability.

Battery light came on. Beth was very helpful!! She checked my battery while running the entire store. Very dedicated employee

Had a great experience getting my car battery checked today. Jenna greeted me at my car and ran tests quickly. She was very polite and provided sufficient diagnostics. Would highly recommend!
