To my surprise and appreciation, she called me back within just a few minutes. I explained my situation and what had transpired, and she immediately reassured me that she would have the district manager contact me. Jacob Draughn was super helpful. I went in, ended up getting oil and didn’t realize how much I added mattered. He made sure to check on me while advising me when I had questions - within reason - because I know nothing about cars. Between him and my friend giving me tips I was able to successfully get on the road. 💪🏻 thank you for making sure I didn’t kill my engine. This man didn’t have to help me, I didn’t even know he was a manager until he told another customer that. Wonderful employee who saved my day and my wallet.

I have needed assistance with my truck at this store twice within the past year & have had nothing but great experiences at this AutoZone location! I have been assisted both times by a very knowledgeable and kind young lady. She has gone above and beyond both times to help me with my needs. Today, she even gave me a great recommendation to get the part I needed from a nearby hardware store (the part is not an item AutoZone sells or keeps in inventory) and the hardware store had it in stock. I'm so thankful to her! My center cap bolt on my wheel is now replaced & all is well. I definitely recommend this store & will continue frequenting it myself.

Kishore was amazing!!! My Honda odyssey battery died and I was 30 minutes from home. He helped me purchase a new battery and swapped it out so fast. Great experience!

Came to this Autozone to purchase a new car battery and have it installed. Kishore helped me out and was very efficient and professional! When it came to replacing the battery itself, it was being difficult coming loose from inside the car. Kishore kept at it though and got it out in around 10 minutes. He then quickly replaced it with the newly purchased battery. Thank you to Kishore again for the help and to Autozone for providing a relatively cost effective battery! Thank you :)
