AutoZone Auto Parts

Poor service!! An associate accused my granddaughter of stealing. She followed her out the store. My granddaughter had nothing!! She (associate )said I saw you take something or something along those lines. I then followed the associate back on the store. I had to tell the associate to apologize to my granddaughter. She did but still added in the apology that she saw her take something. WTH is my granddaughter going to steal from AutoZone she's 11. Sylvia the manager said she would have a talk with her. If anyone heard how she talked so rudely to my granddaughter they would have done the same.

A lot of the workers are rude and not helpful especially the large man! Coolidge is my go to. They are excellent, helpful and professional!

He was very outgoing and helpful because it was pouring rain and he helped me put on my wipers, He need a promotion to assistant manager because he attitude is delightful and he has lots of courage !!

Worst experience out of any autozone I've ever been too. Took a dead battery to get checked and see if they can recharge and check if it can hold a charge. I had cleaned my terminals as they were dirty the day before. The battery had residue from the baking soda and water I used. The person there told me they couldn't put it on the charger because in his words" its grody" so no other explanation other than that then proceeded to ask me the most idiotic questions like did I drive there to the autozone and was it in a car, where else is it supposed to be in. Took it to the other autozone on pinal and the staff there were way better at attending. Mr grody needs to get a job some where else because customer relations and etiquette is not one of them.

Older guy is rude and thinks he is the smartest guy in the world for barking orders at minimum wage workers. Very uncomfortable to witness.
