Came in 15 min late after closing hours needing to rent a tool to get my truck going. Eddy came to door to tell me they were closed but ask what I needed. Told him my situation and he help me by assisting me and letting me rent tool after hours. 💯💯💯🙏🙏

I have a commercial account with Autozone in Chaparral, Nm, I spoke to the manager in charge Eddie to see if he could help me. My name is Pajaro. I called the Autozone to see if they could help me. The battery on my work truck needed replacement, it didn’t want to start anymore. Eddie then told me he would help me out. My battery is under warranty. He sent Bertha with a new battery, she then helped me install the new battery. Eddie and Bertha are everyday heroes!

5 stars for Eduardo! My grandson’s Honda showed a blinking ‘D’ light and he was very concerned. The Honda is his only way back and forth to work. My scanner showed no codes, so I suggested we travel to the nearest Autozone. That was Eduardo’s store in Chaparral. Eduardo quickly offered to scan my grandson’s vehicle, and his scanner picked up a transmission code. That code linked to a special OEM transmission switch not available at Autozone. But Eduardo helped us greatly by identifying the problem, and he offered suggestions witch often work, like a drain and fill of the transmission fluid, and consulting a certified Honda technician. We couldn’t ask for better service, and please know we’ll be shopping at Autozone for non OEM issues in the future. Please consider this at Eduardo’s
