I called ahead of time and spoke to Javier who was super helpful and patient with all my questions and once I got to the store Beto assisted me and was very patient as well! Super happy with their help and services! :)

I was in a pinch and they really helped me out. I borrowed a tool for less than 30 mins and returned it. Super helpful, would recommend this place!

Variety of stuff, somewhat helpful. Need a class on talking to customers

This store did not honor my brake pads lifetime warranty. They looked at the pads and indicated that they were not oreilly brake pads without looking up my profile in the computer. Employees need to be better trained and understand how lifetime warraties work. I will not be returning to this store in El Paseo. I went to a different store, they looked me up in the computer and verified that the brake pads I was turning in were the same I previously purchased. They honored my lifetime warranty without any questions.
