I’ve been to this AutoZone a bunch of times (I grew up here), but this last time was great. The employees were very friendly, practical and helpful. I believe the one who helped me was named Ricky. He did a fantastic job replacing my battery right before the rain started again. It took some time and effort, but he got it done professionally and thoroughly. Highly recommend this location for anyone who needs help with their car, even for those like me who don’t know anything about cars 😆

Very poor customer service. On January 3 around 10 AM, employees were rude and ignored me when I asked for help with a diagnostic scanner. The manager was dismissive and didn’t try to help. I went to O’Reilly instead, where they helped me right away and earned my business.

I recently had my car battery replaced, and I could not be happier with the outstanding service I received. The technician(Ricky) was knowledgeable, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure that things, were done right. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of car battery assistance.

The staff was great and very efficient! They helped us out immediately with my dead car battery and changed it within minutes. Highly recommend!
