Pep Boys on Grand Avenue is truly the best! This is definitely my go-to place for any car issues. Mark, Charles, and Adam are always available, patient, and extremely helpful in answering all my questions. I can absolutely count on them for fast, reliable service and fair pricing every time. Recently, I had to contact the Pep Boys in West LA on Pico, but unfortunately their attitude over the phone was not friendly at all. Instead of dealing with that experience, I chose to drive 65 miles back to my home store in Chino Hills/Chino — and it was 100% worth it! As always, they quickly fixed my car and charged a very reasonable price. Exceptional service, trustworthy team, and consistently great experience. Highly recommend!

I have been going to this Pep Boys for 3 years - Mark, Charles and Adam have helped me so many times that I can’t even count. Due to my schedule, I have come in way too many times 1 hr prior to closing and they still find the time to get my car fixed whether its tire repairs, check engine lights or brake checks. On top of the fast service, they have been so accommodating every time and transparent with the process by taking the time to explain costs and repairs. I’m so grateful to these professionals and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car!! Highly recommend :)

I’m gonna be real honest - Mark had superb customer service. We had an emergency situation and came in right before closing on Saturday night. The job would take him past closing time but he still helped us with a smile the whole time. Really honest and fast service.

Came in with an appointment for an oil change and I was accidentally at the wrong location. Charles told me not to worry that they could still get it done. Although they were busy, they took care of it quickly which was a plus. Charles was not only helpful but super sweet and didn’t try to upsell me on anything (rare). I highly recommend coming here for your car needs! I will definitely be back
