AutoZone Auto Parts

I have had 2 bad experiences at this AutoZone. This past January my battery died, and AutoZone refused to replace it, telling me to either take it to a mechanic or "ask a friend". Fast forward to now, the battery is about to die. I went back to this AutoZone to get a free new battery, only because it is under warranty. Just like the first time in January, this lady took one look at it and said she could not do it. She said if they could replace it themselves, I would have to give them 200$ for the new battery, somehow get it replaced, and bring the old battery back to get my 200$ back. Why on earth would I do that? She told me to come back the next day, and that someone would be there who had the skillset to change it. Steven or Stephen, not sure the spelling, replaced my battery for me. I

Love this Auto Zone store every time that I come in I am greeted with a smile from MOST everyone who works here. Some people who work here are a bit off putting to be honest. Very clean store with in stock inventory. Also I would like to give a Shout-out to in my opinion the most helpful, professional, clean, hard working, and knowledgeable employee is employed here, Mark. If you need anything and you want the best of the best Mark is your guy. If it was not for him I would not come back to the store for EVERY one of my auto needs.

Manager Ally went beyond with helping me with my partners car and I love the customer service she had and was able to help me. She also has great knowledge of sensing what’s wrong I loved this AutoZone I will continue to come back to this AutoZone. She is truly amazing and helpful.

Lost a windshield wiper while traveling down the interstate. Stopped here for new ones and they installed them for us... Great job!! Thanks!
