The young ladies that work helped me out this morning (replaced headlights for me) They are the best

Employee i dealt with couldn't tell me what Belt fit my car looking at a computer and it was the third try . GO across the street to Orileys . I did ! They wouldnt give me my Money Back for the first two belts they got wrong and me with the receipt in my hand . someone picked them up for me they got it wrong and now a gota go Back with the person who purchased them this is Crazy . Do not Deal with these people Listen to the customers .

What can I say it’s your typical Auto Zone…which I would normally give 4 stars to due to the fact that no matter what year make or model vehicle I’m working on, the parts I need will not be in stock. I gave this place 3 because the young man and woman working seemed to be more into each other than customer satisfaction and service.

Fast, friendly, prompt service, very professional. Greeted when I walked thru the door asking if I needed help. Was in a hurry and individual helped me find what I was looking for so I could get on my way.

First thing if I could leave 0 star’s I would have!!!!!! Went in the store tonight at 7:47 because I had a head light out and ask the man could he help me see what light it needed. Because he gave me two different parts number H11, 9012. I told him they had different locking machinism and I didn’t know which one went to my truck. He told me to figure it out , and wouldn’t help me try to get the light out. Then even refused to let me use a 10 mm socket. He said they were about to close, take your business to O’Reilly Auto Parts across the street way better customer service and a much friendlier staff!!!!!!
