S & B Splish Splash

Was driving on my way from Rochester Minnesota to Gulf Shores. I stopped at this car wash to give the car a good wash before our arrival. We bought the most expensive auto wash for $10. After paying, repeatedly pulling in and backing out with nothing happening, we decided to call for a refund. The number posted on the door was the wrong and after locating the phone number on here, no one answered nor was there a voice-mail. Don't waste your time or money here....

if I could I would not even give this car wash any star, but I had to select 1 star to leave a review. The drive through car wash is horrible!! I have used it several times and it doesn't do any better than just wetting down your car at home with a garden hose. I for one will never use it again. I told the wife not to use it either, but today she went through it and it just took her $10 and didn't even spit on the car. Been trying to call the place to get her refund, but no one answers.

I stopped in to give my truck a was on 08/25 . I chose the 7.00 wash and it did not get it all clean so I drove to a bay and paid 2.50 to use the bay using my debit card and when I checked my bank today they charged another 17.50 extra and no is answering the phone. I am not pleased with this at all. I will be contesting the charge with the bank.

They have put in a new wash system and it scratched my car on the passenger side, hood & rear. Of course no one will answer the phone. 😡🤬😡🤬

The Grady is the most understanding management I've came across in this town . Thank God for true good ole honesty .. sometimes I tend to forget that people can still be genuine .
