AutoZone Auto Parts

I called the store when the check engine light came on in my van. (I service it regularly.) A woman answered, asked me what year it was and told me the diagnostic would be free. (Shop down the street was $35.) I brought it to the store and Jonathan hooked it up. It indicated the catalytic converter. He asked how I drive the vehicle and made a suggestion to try. I did what he said and the light went off. This team saved me time and money. Highly recommend this location! 👏🏻👏🏻

I don't know if the skiny white man working in the afternoon today, September 27, 2025 at 16hrs aprox, had a bad day. Unfortunately, I didn't see his name. Rude, disrespectful, impatient, etc. I just needed to replace the wrong battery that I got the same day at the same store. He literally told me, "Go to another store, I don't want to serve you anymore." He eventually made the change. On the other hand, the another employee, the Black man who was in the morning was very kind and polite; he really provides good service. Congratulations for him!!

Outstanding Service from Randy at AutoZone! I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Randy. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient and went above and beyond to help me figure out an issue with my car. He found a discrepancy in my vehicle's cabin air filter. Whenever I ordered one, it did not fit even though it was made for my vehicle. Randy knew my vehicle's year, make, and model when I told him the cabin air filter did not fit. Not only did he explain things clearly, but he also took the time to make sure I had the right parts and understood how to use them. It’s rare to come across someone so helpful and genuinely kind. Highly recommend!

I had a bad battery that had a warranty on it. I was gonna go to another AutoZone and they were not any help with removing my battery. I called this store and Randy answered. He made it so easy for me from the time I called until the moment I came in to switch the battery out, he was extremely helpful. Randy for president!!!

The CSR Jay was excellent. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable
