My car had some mechanical issues as I was driving through Cordele, GA. Lloyd Hughes and staff were very gracious and helpful. I took up space in their parking lot for several hours waiting for a tow. Thanks for your hospitality!

Crystal was an amazing help. She took care of me from the time I walked in the door till the time I left. I was asking to see if she knew anyone that install the new headlights I had just purchased from them and she with much enthusiasm offered to do it and did it. If you come to this store, please be sure to ask for Crystal.

Carlos and Lloyd were literally the best people EVER!! I’ve never experienced such kind hearted helpful people ESPECIALLY at a company let alone auto zone. I was broke down headed back home to Albany and after they helped me get back on the rode I told myself I’d definitely drive 44 minutes all the way back to this location just to work with those guys again. I highly recommend coming to this location, personally I’d request Lloyd and Carlos service … but everyone was AMAZING!! I pray they see this review and give themselves a pat on the back and management gives them some type of raise!!! Thank you soooo so much! This was an experience I’ll NEVER forget 🙏!

Very friendly staff; Chelle and Andrew Lee were fantastic. We were on a trip, passing through Cordele, GA when I needed a new headlight. I stopped by this AutoZone, and Chelle helped me get find the right headlight. Then Andrew Lee offered to install it for me, and he thankfully discovered before I left, that my master reservoir cap was missing over my brake fluid! What an answer to prayer for safe travels that he discovered this before I left the parking lot. We went inside the store; they didn't have the manufacturer's part, so he called every other store (not just Auto Zones) in the area to see if they had one. Nobody had one but he was able to get a generic one from there in the store, then came out and installed that, too, to make sure I go to my destination the next state south. Than
