4th update: after bringing the pump back within 30minutes, i showed the department the pump. The team was well friendly, ALL of them, we came to a conclusion that i am happy with amd trust, you guys stood by your customer care and the product during all of this. This is why ive trust autozone over mamy others. All shops have their product quirks, its who will stand by the customer and the fix if need be. Thanks auto zone. I will install this and see where it goes. This product was in a un opened and original seal. I can trust that. Update after update: just recieved a different pump. The manager there marion was very friendly. Please look at photos. After a more close inspecrion of the unit compared to just looking quickly at it. Tell me if this part thats supposed to be new hasnt been in

Came in looking for Asian blue antifreeze. Website said they had it, I gave the code PABB53 to the guy at the counter and it listed a quantity of 9. He told me where to find it, only to find European blue where PABB53 should be. The one other employee in the store happens to be nearby so I ask him what's up. He says the wrong product has been put there. I point out their system says there's meant to be 9 bottles and he says there's no Asian blue in the store. What a disaster of an inventory system.

WARNING!! Pay attention if you're getting something with a discount with Nathan the cashier he won't give it to you unless you say something! WOW the convenience charge is outrageous these days!

The staff saved me from buying new battery and wasting money. They came out to my car and tested the battery and found a loose connection. I had just left the dealership and they told me I needed a new $300 battery. Thank you AutoZone. I am now going to be a regular customer!

When inside started browsing around nobody asked me if I needed any help so I just walked around to see how long it would take for someone to ask me if I needed any help nobody came up to me finally a guy came up to me that was in the back and was very very polite apologize for nobody coming to help me and help me with my questions and didn't have a great experience at first but the gentleman that helped me cant remember his name grey beard. Awesome guy.
