I've been buying parts from AutoZone for over 20 years and I've used a loan the tool program and borrowed their tools and they've let me bring them right back and the one in Covington told me they didn't have they wanted tool program that they only used poly systems that's all they loaned out couldn't get no help couldn't get no service whole time

I drove over to Covington, and Jamar had it swapped out in under 5 minutes. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. Honestly, after this experience, I’d recommend going to the Covington AutoZone over Newport — they’ll take care of you.
