AutoZone Auto Parts

The manager, Joe, is always so helpful. He's forgotten more auto mechanic wisdom than most people ever learn over an entire life. My kudos to you sir! You're a straight shooter and I admire you for that.

This store is not willing to price match. The Valvoline 5-20 is 36.50. It’s 10.00 cheaper at Walmart. Why would I ever shop for car parts here?! I won’t! I’m done.

Probably the worst commercial store I've ever had an account at. When I order parts, Josh never tells me when they're not in stock, if my payment didn't go through, or if something didn't show up on the hub delivery. I've wasted so many trips up to this store just to find out my parts aren't there or haven't been ordered. This store has honestly cost me more money than it's made me. The store manager and employees have been rude to my wife before as well. What made me leave this review was the fact that I just watched Joe bullshit on the phone for 20 minutes with someone about valvoline Trans fluid pricing while I'm waiting to talk to him the entire time.

They are always willing to answer questions and have the parts I needed.

My son broke down in De Soto and had to get a part from this AutoZone. They were very helpful and got him and his family back on the road. Vi appreciate everyone at this AutoZone for their help.
