Great experience getting a new truck battery. Jordan at AutoZone was very helpful and flexible with me as a customer who didn’t walk in the store, especially since my baby fell asleep in the backseat, and I couldn’t leave my car to go in store. Without missing a beat, Jordan took my parking lot call and advised me on which battery to get, he selected the battery, then went ahead and speedily installed it, all the while my baby snoozed on. Thanks Jordan for helping my car run smoothly and keeping up with my baby’s nap schedule 😊 😂

Website says AutoZone will test your alternator. Asked nicely and was told quite rudely, to go to Les Schwab for that. I will never darken your door again, DP AutoZone.

Mathew was extremely helpful and nice while helping us change out our battery for our van. Not only did he test our battery, and help us purchase a new one, he helped change it out plus tested the alternator to make sure it was working.
