I read some reviews and decided to take a transmission in for a repair he said he was busy, but he could get it done in the next couple of days. He had it finished the next day, and it's still doing great 👍. I've been back countless times and leave happy every time oh and the prices are almost half of the dealerships. The review that the barney guy left was hilarious. How would any mechanic know that your radiator was going to spring a leak and your thermostat was going to fail??? His air filter and clutch fan also faild??? Again, it's not part of getting an oil change! What's going on Barney is that you should know the difference between an oil change and inspection, and being able to tell the future. If you want your future read, go see a fortune teller. Called Mark on a mid-day on a Friday and told him I thought my fuel pump went out in my Truck. He said he was pretty busy but thought he could get to it on Monday. I needed the truck as we all have to work and I commute from Deer Park to Spokane. Monday came and he professionally explained that they were close but would need a little extra time. The next day around noon I got a call saying my truck was done!! The best part is the total was much less than I was waited for another local mechanic shop! Like a few hundred less. Mark also replaced a motor for me in the past. There is a reason I keep going back.

I took my 2004 Chevy Silverado diesel in for an oil and filter change and change the transmission fluid and an overall check before a road trip. They gave my truck a clean bill of health and we hit the road hauling a 5th wheel trailer down to Arizona. By the time we got into Idaho, the overheating problems began. First, the radiator sprung a leak. We had a new one put in. After we hit the road again, more overheating problems! This time we had new thermostats installed. We hit the road again, same overheating problems. So, we stopped again in Ely, Nevada and took the truck to a diesel mechanic. He looked it over and said the fan clutch and air filter needed replacing and the transmission fluid was 2 quarts low! Why? It should have been checked by Hayes!! So, with that said, I don't recomme

I believe Hayes Auto to be the best automotive shop in the Deer Park area including Loon Lake, Elk and Chattaroy.They were the best priced by far I priced every shop in the area.They replaced my timing belt and water pump in my PT Cruizer withing a few hours great job guys!

We have been going to Hayes Auto for about 10 years and have had nothing short of amazing service everytime. He has done a range of services for our vehicles and we have never had any problems. I would 100% recommend them!
