DREAM TEAM Kelly and kenzie were a grest help. Had a faulty battery installed in my dads car. When I came in, we verified the batteries was bad and they were able to let me know that it was still under warranty and were able to exchange the battery for the right battery with no hassle and no fuss. Great job in the store look clean and also saw them helping other customers when I came in and was very friendly.

Cheyanne Higgins. I may have spelled her name wrong and this may not be the store she works I believe she was covering for someone at this location. However she was extremely busy and took the time out to put a headlight in my vehicle. This girls is amazing she deserves a raise. Thank you soo much Cheyanne😊

Got a jump my battery was dead went to Auto Zone the guy there Matt was very nice and I bought a new battery and he installed it on the spot and I was gone in less than an hour super cool😎

Ms. Kelly was the best! I needed a headlight and she was happy to replace the bulb for me. Excellent service!

ZERO customer service skills at this location. I’ve taken my car plenty of times to other AutoZone locations to get headlights/brake lights/windshield wipers replaced, but this time KELLY was extremely rude and refused to provide the service because it was “too complicated.” ONE brake light was too complicated for Kelly to replace. Maybe some training classes need to be provided or hire more competent employees.
