I really like the work they did on my car. They completed it in 2 days, and everything looks like nothing happened to my car. My only concern at the end of our interaction was that they tried to add $300 to my final price, a difference from the initial quote, by “mistake.” I caught it, and they were able to fix the price without major issue.

This was my first accident and they helped me out so much throughout the whole process and were patient with all the questions I had about the claims check and rental. It took about a week to get the rental and the damage wasn't so bad that I couldn't drive to and from work, but there was a mud flap-like piece of plastic that was hitting the wheel and they said I could stop by and they could take a look and possibly take it off, which they did. They kept me updated about the repair throughout the entire process, which was a few times a week.
