I had an outstanding experience thanks to George M., the assistant manager. He was truly a lifesaver when I needed help with my car battery. Not only did he personally change the battery for me, but he also took the time to explain each step of the process and answer my questions in a way that was clear and easy to understand. His professionalism, patience, and kindness turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. AutoZone is lucky to have someone like George on their team—he went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

I believe the rep that helped me was named George, I think there are two George's there but he was the older gentleman. I bought a car battery from them and he installed it for me. He was amazing and such a great guy to deal with. Need more people in the world like him.

Amazing Service! I was driving with my toddler when I had notification pop up in my car, that my engine oil was low and I had to add oil as soon as possible. Thank you to the nice woman in the store who helped find what I needed and was very friendly and smiling the whole time, and spoke to the store manager to help me. And the store manager Ben, who went out of his way to help us put the oil into the car, and noticed I needed engine coolant, and helped me put that in the car as well, and make sure the notifications went off! I appreciate the patience and extra care they took when they didn’t have to do it at all. Thank you thank you thank you! I can drive with peace of mind with my young daughter in tow! 🙏
