Came in tonight to buy new windshield wipers before the ice storm got bad. Was greeted by Nick and Tracey who helped me find the right wipers, and went out to install them before I left. The first one went on easily, but BMW being BMW had to punish us for avoiding the $250 dealership blades. The second one absolutely refused to click. Enter Barney - the star of the show, a light at the end of a tunnel, a hero in the flesh. Barney braved the freezing, pouring rain for over 10 minutes trying to help me. He brought out a second blade, and braved the elements for another 10+ minutes waging war against the seemingly imbattable German beast. Unwilling to cede, he retrieved the talisman of his Autozone armament - a wiper with interchangeable connectors. Dripping wet, freezing in the cold,

Cant stand autozone. Its not just this location but most. They sell parts and we install them but they somehow know more than a certified tech. And will be rude and argue once you make it known they are full of it. This store has alot of bad attitude and arrogant employees. To make matters worse the parts they sell are garbage quality. Cant tell you how many times I've bought brand new broken parts. And to make it worse. We have to order these parts that take over a week to come in. Avoid not only this autozone but all.

Excellent customer service! I was greeted by all the guys working at the front desk when I walked in and asked what they could help me with-check engine light on an older model Toyota Camry (Their competitors across the street couldn’t help with it) Ray was quick to grab his computer/reader and head to my car. He had to get down on his knees and search for the connections he needed (I’m guessing it was too much trouble for the competitors). He ran the codes and I just had a simple easy problem that took less than a minute to correct. Problem solved. Huge shout out to Ray for helping me today!!! I didn’t spend a dime there today, but I’ll go there the next time I need to purchase anything for my vehicles.

Sarah was amazing!!! She goes above and beyond 😍 I was out and my 3rd break light on my 2010 Ford escape went out, I first went to O'Reilly's across the street and what a mistake. The guys that were working kept pulling up the whole assembly piece for a model that was not the year and model of my car and cost $102. I had told them that mine was a 2010 and I had looked up videos on how to replace it and it was bulbs not the whole assembly piece. I let them know I had called AutoZone and they said the bulbs were 8.99 for a pack of 2. They made a sideways comment about AutoZone and said nope you need this whole assembly piece. So I left when across the street to AutoZone and Sarah helped take off the cover for my brake light.... And come to find out for my 2010 you don't need the whole ass

AutoZone is the go to parts store for all your needs. Great place, friendly helpful staff.
