I was far away from home I needed coolant, but as I went to start my car to leave I was unable to start it. I was very frustrated and sad. However, the friendly staff at this AutoZone, Roland in particular, went above and beyond to help me.He gave me expert advice, great suggestions, and reassurance that I will be able to get home. Talk about customer service! The people there were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I’d give them 10 stars if possible. I’m from the eastside, kind people are rare. This was greatly appreciated. 👴🏿👍🏿💯💯

They were so helpful! They checked my car when another auto zone told me they weren't doing outside services because of the weather. I came to this one and he checked my alternator and my battery and helped me with my windshield wipers! A1 service

I needed something minor and it was down quick and professional. Shout out to KJ !! I appreciate you. I hope I don’t have any more car troubles but if I do, I definitely will be back !

The manager was very knowledgeable and he put new battery in during cold winter day.

This store is falsely advertised! The internet say they close at 9 pm I arrived at 8 pm and was treated rudely by the manger on shift 11/8/25! Y’all need to do better and hire people who are not lazy!
