One of your managers (Cameron) would not stop asking me personal questions, trying to give me his number, and SMOKING in my face when all I want is to get my engine checked, inappropriate behavior for management. Plenty reason for termination.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received at your store last night. I came in looking for a key fob and simply asked the young man at the counter to help me check the endcap for it. I made it clear that I wasn’t asking him to search the system—just to physically help me look. Unfortunately, he stood there silently and made no effort to assist. When I voiced my frustration, Devonte stepped in and immediately said, “We’re not mechanics.” I wasn’t asking for mechanical help—I was asking for basic customer service. Instead of de-escalating the situation, Devonte defended the employee by saying, “He’s only 17,” and implied I was speaking to him inappropriately. I want to be clear: I was not rude or aggressive. Megan, Tee, Stacy, and Karlin, are more than EXCEPTIONAL, The customer service I received today was far more than stellar. Everyone on the staff was fast and efficient and more than eager to attend to my needs pertaining to my jaguar F pace.. I can only stay with customer service like this you would break your neck to come to this location before going anywhere else here in Douglasville . The prices are extremely affordable and yes VETERANS they do give us a discount! They are winning in all areas to me!
