Left for an 8 hour trip to Michigan, and wound up at this AutoZone as my alternator went bad in my truck, Rolled the truck in the parking lot as it died. These guys gave me a new battery, worked through to diagnose the alternator for me, and had one in stock for me to get changed nearby, putting me back on the road for Christmas vacation. The crew working here is nothing short of amazing, and friendly as ever. Highly recommend these men working here get noticed for their hard work, and dedication. I highly recommend anyone needing any vehicle issues come see these guys here, if I could give this rating more than 5 stars, i’d give it 50. Thank you all again, if you see this.

The guy (kid) at the counter, a.k.a. "next best thing to a Manager" acted like he was more interested in being on his phone, or basically doing anything else, than helping me out. Didn't really care to give me the time of day and was pretty standoffish. However, the older gentleman who was working that evening was very kind, attentive and extremely helpful. I will avoid the younger one at all costs if I ever need to go back to this location.

Awesome job Corey Skinner !! I came into the store for a battery and to have my alternator and starter checked . Cory was very knowledgeable and polite. Why I was in the store I asked about wipers and purchased a set . He helped install the battery and the wipers . His install was done very respectfully of other people’s property . A++ customer service

The 2 guys working Wednesday night really helped me out. My family was driving all day and my serpentine belt lost tension when I got to dubois. These guys helped me get the right belt and I did it in the parking lot. Thank you!

I had a great experience at this store with Kaisa. She was so helpful in explaining things about how to fix the issue in my vehicle, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to conversate with. 10/10 recommend
