Spitzer Honda DuBois Service Center

I have been coming to this dealership since I bought my new car back in 2012. I have been very happy with the service. I even got my car washed that I had asked for. Always service with a smile. But I have one complaint(has nothing to do with the service) the fact that the dealership is charging 3 percent for using a credit card. This Spitzer dealership is huge. I can see a small business doing this but come on.

Always fast and don't miss anything. John Stine keeps all customers feeling at home. Pours fresh coffee and offers crackers! He offers free appraisals and test rides. Rod always keeping the waiting customer entertained by his talented whistling. Tony offering to check wiper blades. Always asking if i want a free car wash! Great team.

I recently took my vehicle in to be serviced and was greeted by Alyssa Miller in service. She knew that I was there for an inspection but I had also noticed a noise coming from the front end of my car and let her know about that as well. I asked if she could let the team know of my concerns and she was more than happy to. My vehicle passed without any issues other than what was discovered after my concern. She let me know what the costs would be to have it fixed and ordered the parts needed and scheduled a date for me to come back to have the work done. I really appreciate their commitment to customer service and satisfaction. I always take my vehicle here because I know that I will be getting the best service as if I were their only customer. I got a recall for my Pilot and Alyssa Miller and John Stine got me in the same day and was so pleasant as always! It’s such a relief knowing the Service Team has my back and helps with any questions or concerns any time I have them! Dubois Spitzer Honda is the best car dealership in town! Always smiling, friendly faces!
