I needed a light bulb replaced in my car and contacted several AutoZone locations, but they all told me they don’t provide that service. By the grace of God, I called the AutoZone locations in Dumfries. I was told if I brought my car in and the replacing the bulb wasn’t too difficult, he would try to help. When I arrived, I spoke with an employee named Roger. He took a look and said he would try. Removing the old bulb was difficult, but he was able to get it out. Installing the new bulb turned out to be even more challenging. Roger went above and beyond—breaking it down like a mechanic would—to get the new bulb installed properly. Chad was a great help. The way these newer cars are, things don't look the same under the hood. Without Chad's help installing my battery, it probably would of taken me forever putting it in myself.

Came in to get new windshield wipers and windshield wiper fluid. The second I walked in Roger greeted me and proceeded to help me figure out which ones to get and what model prius I have which I didn’t know until then🤣. Roger also installed my new windshield wipers for me and I really appreciated his level of customer service and his ability to go above and beyond for the customers he helps!
