The guy at the pay point was great. But the guys at the commercial department were VERY UNFRIENDLY. That wasn't the first time. They need to train them( commercial department) customer service

This branch actually had more than one cashier, wait time was not long at all

I came into auto zone in order to by blades because mines were basically shot . Upon entering the store I was warmly greeted and asked if I needed help . A young man named Zakai assisted me by showing me the different blades in stock on the computer and even recommended a pair for me that he thought I would like. I trusted his judgment and went with those. I asked him would he install them for me and he told me once he gets the line down then if I need some help still that he would help me put them on them . I thought that was fair and so I waited for him to clear the line . He came out and installed them for me and put my old one in the new packages and told me to discard them at my leisure. He was very pleasant and willing to help an old lady like me. It happened to rain later on that da
