Went into this location to pick up a new battery right before closing(Shame on me) Not only did Justin and Kim help me out but they were extremely patient and personable. I can appreciate such stellar customer service! Thanks guys.

We got a flat tire and not even two minutes into fixing it AutoZone employee Terry came to the rescue!!! He was passing by, saw we had a problem and decided to help us get back on our way! Thanks!! Going above and beyond is definitely deserving of a raise!! AutoZone is the best!!

First time I've been here, I talked to Bobby on the phone and he ordered my parts. I went in Saturday morning and picked up my parts, Michael helped me then, they are very professional and polite. I will be going back here.

All of the employees at Eastland location are friendly and helpful. Amber has as much auto knowledge as an actual mechanic and went above and beyond to find me what I needed.

The managers and staff at this store are simply amazing. My truck had issues on a road trip, they allowed my truck to be fixed in the parking lot and let my family rest in the ac while it was fixed. They are amazing people and should be recognized for their kindnes.
