I ordered a alternator online. And somehow they sent me the wrong one. Already missed two days work. Called and talk to Harold the assistant manger.we explained our situation.He was so nice .He took care of us . Amanda was waiting on us when we got to the store. She was so professional and fast . I just went to have my car scanned to see what issues were showing up. The sales employee immediately got his scanner and hooked it up to my car. The diagnosis was quick and painless. I received results in a minute. He was helpful and courteous. I appreciate that I didn't have to wait.

I love going to O'Reilly for my parts and other stuff. I got my steering wheel cover there a few years back and I love it. Plus they even put it on for me. There always very helpful and friendly. I've never had to return anything and there prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
