AutoZone Auto Parts

They verbally attacked me. I am a corporate customer and I was treated very poorly. They kicked me out of the store and left a video of the woman who is racist and xenophobic.

Rhe guy helping us was great. We couldn't figure out the wipers. $150 down the drain so far. FML.

My car battery was having issues so I drove it to Autozone to get checked out. Peter Rowberry was so friendly and welcoming. He quickly came over and assisted me with checking my battery. I needed a new one and he installed it for me. Great customer service and efficient installation. He also provided great education on how to keep the battery in good condition which was much appreciated!

I had to do an emergency stop in at AutoZone (store #1686) I had to get my battery recharged! Well I was having a hell-of-a time getting it out so I went back in to AutoZone and asked for assistance and Jesse he was quick to say he would help me well let's just say the handle to the battery kept popping off it was a tight squeeze and barely budging, but Jesse wasn't going to stop until he got it out! He has a positive attitude about the whole situation even after smashing his finger! He finally got it out and even carried it in to the store for me! He has great customer service skills and made my situation less stressful! If I could give him/store more than 5 stars I would!! Wish I could select 0 stars. This place is a joke. I showed up at 8:39pm and they had the doors locked and lights off. I could see the kid behind the counter so I knocked on the glass and pointed to my wrist as if to tell him it wasn't time to close yet and he laughed and gave me the thumbs down signal and walked away to the back. I waited out there and saw another employee and knocked and motioned to him and he Just shrugged his shoulders laughing and walked to the back as well. I waited outside for the employees to leave so I could possibly get their names and when they exited the store one of them actually spit on my car at me. I took pictures of the young man and his vehicle and will be getting ahold of the district manager tomorrow. I would say manager but it's obvious this store has
