I had a great experience at AutoZone today. Eric was incredibly kind and helpful, he didn’t just help me pick the right coolant, he even came out to my car to check the situation and explain everything clearly. As someone who’s not very familiar with cars, I really appreciated his patience and honesty. He went above and beyond, and made me feel much more confident and at ease. Excellent customer service, thank you, Eric!

David helped me replace my battery and made it super easy. He was quick, knew exactly what he was doing, and made sure everything was working before he left. Really appreciate the help. Highly recommend him.

I had an amazing experience at Auto One thanks to Manager Jean. I arrived right as they were about to close, and even though he could have easily said they were done for the day, he didn’t. I explained that I had to travel on the highway and it was important to check my car. Jean immediately came out, looked over my vehicle, and helped me without any hesitation. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. You don’t meet people like that every day. Jean is a very nice and genuine person, and because of him, I highly recommend coming here for service. Auto One is lucky to have a manager like him!

Very friendly staff. I walked into this shop for some items and the guy working here is very helpful.. walked around the shop to help me and answer all my queries. He even helped me to scan my car (Free) for all the problems I have reported. He also shared the scan report. Definitely I will go back here for any more purchases.

We came to change the air filter and the windshield wipers and we had Erick helping us. He was absolutely amazing, very kind, excelente customer service and knowledgeable. He addressed all our issues and we are definitely coming back! Thanks again Erick
