I had an issue with my heater core hose connection and was able to make it to the AutoZone in Falmouth. Heather quickly helped me find the correct part, which they luckily had in stock. Tom went above and beyond, he took the time to help replace the part right there in the parking lot. When I offered to pay him for his help, he simply said, “I just want you to get home safe with your daughter.” That kind of genuine kindness and customer care is rare these days.
