They did a very efficient job of fixing a short we found in our system that kept the parking lights on. They were friendly and attentive.

It's a shame, when you're trying to support local businesses like this one, that they rip you off by charging above retail prices, double charge on labor beyond their stated minimum for only five minutes of work, and then insinuate you're lying when you ask about it. They originally charged $198 for a windshield wiper arm, although they said they replaced what controls the arm as well. Then when the arm had to be replaced less than a year later, they said they only replaced the arm the last time and said I should be happy they were only charging the cost of the arm instead of $165 retail. Sad to say I cannot recommend this place.

I've been using Perkins for about the last 3 years and I can't recommend them enough. They are very competitive on pricing and always make time for me when I pull in.

I'm not a local, but my family and I came out to Kincaid Lake to enjoy the afternoon. Upon leaving, we obtained a nasty flat tire. Myself, being a single mom, with three kids in the car, was a little fearful because i have zero knowledge of changing a tire and was so far from home. We Googled local tire shops, and learned that Perkins was less than one minute away. We gave it a shot, and they took us in immediately. Within five minutes the extremely flat tire was fixed and plugged, and it only costed a little over $10. They answered all my questions, and were kind, and accommodating. Grateful for this small business, and would recommend their services.

They get everything done that you need in a timely manner, and they do a great job. Very friendly and professional.
