My check engine light came on randomly this morning and Jay and Diana were so helpful in helping me figure out what was going on. I was dreading having to take my car in, and they were so kind and patient. They figured out what was happening in about 15 minutes, helped me fix the problem, and told me to never hesitate to come back should it come on again! Great experience and very kind staff.

Diana basically saved my life today. My car battery died and I needed to be somewhere pretty quickly. She was able to replace it in just a few minutes. Great experience and I will definitely be back for my future car needs.

Rodney is THE best! He helped me change my battery in crazy snowy weather conditions. He had no hesitation when helping me and did it without any complaints. He was friendly and chatted with me while changing my battery. I am so appreciative of him and how he was willing to help me. He is a true gentleman.

I was told by the local dodge dealership that it would take an hour maybe two to change a headlight bulb in my 2017 dodge charger and that at 4:00 I would need to try AutoZone or come in the next day. I went to AutoZone and Ms Jones came out and showed me how to change the bulb myself and also how to change my air filter that was way past needing it! She was so nice to me and to think I had bought my car at the other place! By the way, it took her maybe 5 minutes to change the bulb! Professional and informative!!! And did not talk down to me! Thank you for having great employees!

Diana Jones - manager of AutoZone (405 N. College Ave) - is an absolute angel. She read the check engine light on my car right away. She discerned the real problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes. Seldom have I seen this level of expertise and helpfulness with such a great attitude. I was truly blessed by her help.
