Terrible guys! Terrible guys! Bad man! Bad man! Today, I had the worst shopping experience I've ever had. The second counter (a male employee wearing a black hat, who I estimated to be around 50-60 years old) and the third counter (a female employee with silver-gray hair, who was also around 50 years old) made me feel incredibly uncomfortable because they were both impatient, unwilling to listen to me, and spoke in a very forceful tone. I bought three windshield wipers. I can install the two for the front windshield myself, but I asked the male employee in the black hat to install the rear windshield wipers. Before he started installing them, because I was worried about them not fitting, I reminded him if he needed to check them first. My car was parked outside, but he told me to shut up

I happened to stop at this store February 16th, for a part for my car. It was on Monday morning and the store had just opened a little while before. I ran into an old friend who works there that I haven’t seen in a few years. As we’re catching up on things, she was able to help me from start to finish. And I was to pick up my order that Friday. After paying we were gradually walking towards the exit., still talking and still no customers. Her manager, Yessini (?) calls her and pulls her into the back. I can see from the managers facial expression that she was very upset with her. There was pure hate and anger in the managers face. I later found out my friend got in trouble for talking to me. I’ve been going to this store for the last 5-7 years and never experienced anything so unprofessional in any business. I walk into the store and Korean guy all the way on the other side register is not even yelling he’s screaming at a young lady on the opposite side register just completely discriminating and downgrading her. Is this what we do now? I was so embarrassed and felt extremely bad for that young lady in which I asked her if she was okay and what’s wrong with him and she then stated she’s ignoring him in which I asked for his name and I don’t exactly remember but I believe it was Mike or something like that.I don’t know what kind of people you employ but that’s not right and this store needs to seriously be looked into. I bought my parts , tool and gadgets over here for long time. Is a great place and friendly . The recent was the battery I bought 5 years ago comes with warranty was broken so they have it replaced without question asked and replace for a brand new . Staff are very knowledgeable and patience, you can asked question without hesitation . I will for sure recommend to my friends , for tuning up the vehicle .

If you want to buy & change your battery at this place you have to make sure that there's no acid buildup on battery terminals. If there's any acid buildup, get ready to pay an extra $30-$50 (somewhere else, to other mechanics for replacing the battery) because they don't have proper tools/equipments for this purpose. The AutoZone guy tried but after a while he just said sorry and tell me to go to some other mechanic for replacement. Come on, I bought the battery from you and it comes with the free installation but he just say sorry and he can't do anything about this. At that moment I really wanted to return the battery I purchased from them but I just left the place without any further arguments. So, if you have acid buildup on your battery, you better go somewhere else.
